Rewarewa Hot Toddy

60ml of Barlovska Rewarewa Spiced Honey liqueur
200 ml apple juice (unsweetened)
1 lemon
fresh ginger
For extra spicy flavour:
1 cinnamon quill
3 cloves
1 star anise

1. Start warming up the juice in a pot.
2. Add freshly grated ginger.
3. Squeeze in some lemon juice.
4. Optionally, add a cinnamon quill, star anise and few cloves.
5. Take the juice off the heat.
6. Add Rewarewa Spiced Honey Liqueur
7. Serve in a mug.

Spiced Coffee Martini

one part Barlovska Spiced Honey Liqueur
two parts long espresso
(optional) twirl of orange zest and/or a couple of coffee beans

1. Brew coffee earlier. Let cool.
2. Pour liqueur and coffee into a cocktail shaker, or a large jar. Add a couple of large ice cubes. Close.
3. Shake vigorously!
4. Pour into martini glass.
5. (optional) Garnish with orange zest and/or coffee beans.

Feijoa Mojito

1½ limes, cut into wedges
10 fresh mint leaves
handful crushed ice
60ml Barlovska Pure Feijoa Liqueur
splash soda water to taste
fresh mint sprig to garnish

1. Place the limes and mint into a sturdy highball glass and 'muddle' with the end of a clean rolling pin.
2. Add the ice and pour over the liqueur.
3. Add soda water to taste and stir well. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve


Vanilla Blackberry & Tonic

60ml Barlovska Vanilla Bean Blackberry Liqueur
tonic water to taste
ice cubes

Garnish (optional)
fresh mint sprig
blackberry (fresh or frozen) to garnish
cocktail stick

1. Pour liqueur into a tall glass.
2. Add tonic water.
3. Add ice cubes.
4. Carefully insert blackberry onto cocktail stick. If blackberry is frozen, run under cold water.
5. Garnish with the blackberry and a mint sprig then serve.
