1½ limes, cut into wedges
10 fresh mint leaves
handful crushed ice
60ml Barlovska Pure Feijoa Liqueur
splash soda water to taste
fresh mint sprig to garnish
1. Place the limes and mint into a sturdy highball glass and 'muddle' with the end of a clean rolling pin.
2. Add the ice and pour over the liqueur.
3. Add soda water to taste and stir well. Garnish with a mint sprig and serve
