Spiced Honey  Hot Toddy

60ml of Barlovska Spiced Honey liqueur

200 ml apple juice (unsweetened)

1 lemon

fresh ginger

For an extra spicy kick:

1 cinnamon quill

3 cloves

1 star anise

Warm the apple juice in a pot. Add freshly grated ginger and squeeze in some lemon juice. Add a cinnamon quill, star anise and few cloves (optional). Take the juice off the heat and add Rewarewa Spiced Honey Liqueur. Serve in a mug and enjoy!

15 ml simple syrup (1:1 water/sugar)

Star anise whole

Cinnamon (quill)
